1. How far out to you go to perform services?

We service the Grand Valley area.
This includes Grand Junction, Redlands, Fruita, Loma, Clifton, Palisade, Orchard Mesa and Whitewater.

2. How soon can I expect you to come to my home or office?

Usually, we can schedule customers within 1 to 2 business days.
Some treatments, such as bedbug treatments, require special preparations which you the customer would need time to prepare for, before the treatment is scheduled.

3. How soon before we can expect results?

This can vary widely depending on what type of pest issues you are experiencing.
For regular treatments, many customers find dead bugs within a day of the treatments.
It is common to see more activity the first week as insects get into the treatment area and become effected, which makes them slow and lethargic. Pest issues such as bedbugs, German roaches and mice, take longer to get out of the structure because they dwell within the structure unlike other insects that come in and out.

4. What type of payment options do you provide?

We accept cash, check or credit card payments. Payments can be given at the time of the service or mailed in. We can also put your account on our auto credit card system for your convenience.

5. Do I have to leave my home when you provide service?

For most types of applications, you can be home during the service. For certain cases such as crawl space treatments, bedbug treatments and German roach clean outs, you would need to leave anywhere from 1-6 hours.
